it's would be very helpfull if vendor can create locations from their dashboard, so when they create services and the location/destination not available cendor can create it

This is a critical development need. That would be incredibly useful!! It does not work having to pre create all the destinations/locations. That means this platform is limited to only work in a small area and cannot be used as a global platform as advertised. I highly recommend this
